Seller: Any user offering a service through the platform or payment link.

Buyer: Any person purchasing a service through a payment link on the platform.

Commission: A fixed 10% fee deducted by the platform from each sale.

Scope of Services:

Zadwork acts as a technical intermediary between buyers and sellers to facilitate payments and service transactions.

The platform is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of services offered by sellers. Responsibility lies solely with the seller and buyer.

3. Registration and Use:

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of fraudulent, illegal, or policy-violating activity.

Buyers are not required to create an account. Purchases are completed directly through payment links.

Payments and Commissions

All payments must be processed through the methods available within the platform.

The platform deducts a fixed 10% commission from each completed sale.

Funds are held for up to 14 days before being released to the seller. This holding period decreases progressively based on the account’s age and level.

Order Cancellation & Refunds:

Buyers may request a refund if the service was not delivered as described.

The platform reserves the right to deduct administrative fees for cancellations or refunds.

Intellectual Property:

Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring that their services do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

It is strictly prohibited to offer illegal or non-compliant services, including but not limited to: IPTV, account reselling, follower/engagement sales, or any other restricted activities.

Responsibilities & Liability:

The platform shall not be held liable for damages arising from misuse of the services offered.

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the platform may intervene and make a final decision at its sole discretion.

Modifications:

The platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
